Order Processing

Most in-stock retail orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may be longer during promotional periods, public holidays, peak shipping seasons or where additional order verification is required.

Wholesale, OEM / ODM, customized, made-to-order and larger-volume orders are handled separately. Production schedules, delivery arrangements and commercial terms for these orders will be confirmed before the order is finalized.

Shipping Destinations

LYRZIX ships to international destinations that are available at checkout. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination, local import rules, carrier coverage and product category.

Some fragrance products, including alcohol-based perfume, body mist and aerosol products, may be subject to transport restrictions. In these cases, available shipping methods, delivery routes or delivery times may differ from standard orders.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery dates depend on the destination, selected shipping method, customs clearance, local carrier service and the type of product ordered. Estimated delivery information shown at checkout or provided after dispatch is for reference only and is not guaranteed.

Delays may occur because of customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, carrier disruptions, incomplete delivery information or other circumstances outside LYRZIX’s reasonable control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, package weight, package dimensions, product category and selected delivery service. Applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country or region.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customers are responsible for checking local import requirements before placing an order.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, shipment confirmation and tracking details will be provided after dispatch. Carrier tracking may take several business days to show the first scan or movement update.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window

Eligible retail products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. A return request must be submitted to LYRZIX within this period and approved before any item is sent back.

Please note: Because fragrance, beauty and personal-care products are hygiene-sensitive, only products that remain unused, unopened and sealed in their original packaging may be eligible for return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened and in original resaleable condition.
  • The original outer packaging, labels, safety seals and accessories are complete and undamaged.
  • The return request is submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery.
  • The item is not customized, made to order, private label, OEM, ODM, clearance, promotional or final-sale merchandise.
  • The product has not been damaged after delivery through misuse, improper storage, mishandling or unauthorized modification.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect:

  • Opened perfume, fragrance spray, body mist, body wash or personal-care products.
  • Products with broken seals, missing packaging or visible signs of use.
  • Customized, private-label, OEM, ODM or made-to-order products.
  • Clearance, promotional and final-sale items.
  • Gift cards, digital products or downloadable products, where applicable.
  • Products damaged after delivery because of misuse, improper storage or handling.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact LYRZIX within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please do not discard the product, outer carton or shipping label before the issue has been reviewed.

Please include the following information when submitting your request:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the product, packaging and reported issue.
  • Photos of the shipping label and outer carton, where relevant.
  • A brief written description of the issue.

How to Request a Return

Contact LYRZIX before returning any product. Returns sent without written approval may be refused or may not be eligible for a refund.

Where a return is approved, return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided by email. Approved returns may be required to be sent to China.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Where LYRZIX confirms that an item was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, refund, partial refund or another reasonable solution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected, or after a damage or incorrect-item claim has been verified.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or otherwise confirmed in writing by LYRZIX.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to show the refund in your account.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We may be able to assist only before the order has entered processing, production or shipment.

Once an order has been prepared, dispatched or transferred to a carrier, cancellations, delivery-address changes and order modifications may no longer be possible.

Customized, wholesale, OEM / ODM and made-to-order orders may be subject to separate cancellation terms once production, artwork approval, packaging preparation or material sourcing has begun.
